We intentionally build bridges to the community and to the world by serving and offering the hospitality, hope, healing and compassion of Jesus Christ.
7 Goals for 7 Years
A team will annually survey the various ministries of FCC
in order to prayerfully assess the spiritual environment and
make suggestions to the leadership team for ways we can
help the congregation thrive.
Everyone who is committed to FCC will be discipled and
will be discipling others.
Each FCC ministry group will lead and participate in a
community service project on a quarterly basis.
We will create a culture of hospitality that expresses Christ’s
authentic love for people by intentionally offering hospitality at every event that we host.
We will grow our prayer ministry to include a physical setting
for prayer available to our community 24/7 and supported by an intercessory prayer team.
We will offer the hope, healing & compassion of Jesus Christ to
our community by assessing felt needs and meeting them by
partnering with other churches and organizations or by
developing additional ministries to meet those needs.
Funding the Vision:
Recognizing that accomplishing this vision will require God’s provision, personal sacrifice and good
stewardship of resources, we will ensure our annual budget supports the mission & vision, aligns our
spending with giving, and is built on faith. It is our goal to annually reduce the percentage of income
that is going toward debt in order to increase the dollars available for ministry.
